Before you arrive

Come with a bare face — no makeup, SPF only.
Avoid retinol or strong acids for 48 hours before your appointment.

Aftercare

Skip makeup for 12 hours so your skin can fully absorb the ampoule.
Use SPF 30+ daily — your skin is more receptive to light.
Drink plenty of water and avoid sauna or workouts for 24 hours.
